My name is Gianna Picozzi!

Yes I am 100% Italian, but was born and raised here in the United States. I am a single mom to an amazing boy who loves playing hockey.  I also have fur babies in which I love dearly.

I went to college and obtained my Masters in Phycology, and though it was a great achievement - it never felt as though it was my true calling.

​

For several years I worked in several billing agencies, LifeSpan being one of them as I studied my way through college, but it was not what I envisioned myself doing long-term.

​

I met Nancy while working at LifeSpan and got to witness her passion firsthand whenever she spoke and or was putting something new together for Healing Hands Of Estacio. I saw Nancy's passion grow and we had many conversations about wouldn't it be nice to offer makeup and skin care in the future.  Well, the future didn't take too long to happen, in the fall of 2022, I quit medical billing and decided to help Nancy for a while answering calls and booking her appointments and again, I saw firsthand how much she had made her business grow in the short time that she was there full time. ​

Nancy approached me with the prospect of being a part of Healing Hands Of Estacio as well as expanding and opening an additional wing to the company. I saw first-hand what Nancy has achieved and how much she has to offer and how far she can actually go, so I agreed.

I accepted the roll as Administrative Assistant, and I am at the moment also in charge of all booking and rebookings with Nancy. I do have a passion for cosmetology and I am hoping to be able to pursue that career and incorporate my skills and techniques in the near future to better help and assist each and every one of you with your hair/nail/skin care. I look forward to seeing you all soon!
