Gua Sha Full Body Massage

Gua Sha Full Body Massage

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing method in which a therapist uses a smooth-edged tool (can be metal or wood) to stroke your skin press is applied on it. By doing this motion, it raises small, red, rash-like dots that show under the client's skin called petechiae (Petechiae are tiny red, flat spots that appear on your skin. They sometimes appear in clusters and may look like a rash).

Once on the massage table, the therapist will commence, like any regular massage session, and apply the oils/lotions on your body and use the metal//wood Gua Sha tool to "scrape" to your skin in long, downward strokes (please note, scraping dose not cause external bleeding of any kind).

The Gua Sha tool(s) during a session are applied to the client's back, neck, arms, shoulders, glutes, legs hands and feet.
