What Is Plantar’s Fasciitis

Plantar’s Fasciitis is extremely painful, and makes walking very difficult. Reasoning being is that the Fascia on the bottom of the foot is swollen. That is what causes all the disscomfort,  when pressure is applied to the bottom of the foot, usually when one is walking. Planter Fasciitis is a symptom, not a diagnosis - FOR it can be treated
