What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that encourages natural healing by balancing the body’s energy. Over time, emotional stress, trauma, and unresolved experiences can become stored in the body and may manifest as physical discomfort or illness. Reiki helps release that stagnant energy, promoting harmony and holistic wellness.

What to Expect During Your Session
Your session will begin with a brief consultation to discuss your goals and intentions. You’ll then relax fully clothed on a comfortable massage table, with an optional blanket for added coziness.
Reiki can be performed with gentle touch or no touch, depending on your preference. In a no-touch session, your practitioner will hover their hands just above the body. In light-touch sessions, hands are gently placed on select areas of the body (avoiding the chest to hips, which are approached with hovering instead).
Most clients find Reiki deeply calming—some meditate, some rest, and some even drift off to sleep.
